Mini-Myo Program
is a program that targets children aged 4-6 years and focuses on early identification of myofunctional disorders, tongue ties, and airway issues. It offers engaging and enjoyable exercises designed to promote nasal breathing, lip seal, and proper tongue posture. This age range is optimal for encouraging good oral posture and breathing habits, which can positively influence jaw and facial developement.

Enhanced Myofunctional Therapy Program
This advanced program is generally suggested for clients with more complex symptoms, including sleep issues, jaw pain, headaches, postural problems and difficulties with chewing or swallowing. It also includes pre and post frenectomy care if needed.
Foundational Myofunctional
Therapy Program
This foundational program, designed for adults and children aged 6 and up, emphasizes efficient nasal breathing, proper tongue posture, lip seal, and correct tongue placement for swallowing. It also includes pre and post-operative care for frenectomy if needed.

Habit Elimination Program
This program is designed for individuals aged 4 and up who have detrimental oral habits like thumb sucking, finger sucking or pacifier use. Eliminating the habit is the initial step, however, ongoing therapy is advised to teach, reinforce and habituate new muscle patterns.
